Olympic Torch comes to Hugh Christie
The Olympic Torch was at Hugh Christie, en route to the games courtesy of Samsung who are one of the sponsors of the Torch Relay.
The daughter of a member of staff works closely with this project and was able to bring in the torch from the office to show to the students who were delighted to see it at such close quarters and have photos taken holding it. Samsung also provided some souveniers for students to take home.
